Fully-Automatic Cotton Inserter

  • Stainless steel SUS 304 main machine frame and housing.
  • This machine is suitable for all type of different size bottles without parts change over .
  • The cotton strip is dispensed by the 2 pairs of clamping rollers driven by the motor and electromagnetic clutch.
  • The dispensed cotton strip will be inserted into a tube upwards , When the tube with the cotton filled is transferred above the bottle opening , the cotton will be inserted into the bottle .
  • 1 set of gating fingers driven by the cylinders is used to get the container positioned under the tube and release & change the container after one inserting run is complete.
  • The machine will pause automatically if the containers are absent or choke in the conveyor belt.
  • HMI TOUCH SCREEN CONTROL .
  • One conveyor for bottles transmission with speed variator .
