Electronic Counting Machine
CPSL-16 is equipped with premium infrared sensor to increase the infrared intensity automatically for counting accuracy. It is suitable for counting any sizes and shapes of capsules, softgels, tablets, chewing gum, round pills and other solid materials without parts changing over. The working process is to load medicines (capsules/tablets) into the hopper firstly and then start the vibrator. Products are conveyed through the vibration-tray and fall into the sensor chamber after lining up. Six sensors (each head) in the sensor chamber execute counting simultaneously. The six cylinder gate act forward when every bottle counts up, Cylinder keep forward till the bottle is filled completely.
